Introduction:

It’s the year 2020 and who would have thought it would be here so quickly? Technology is moving at an unparalleled pace. The second you blink, another new device is coming onto the market or there is another application or TV streaming service available.  Even with all of these technological advancements, the question becomes, how does all of this tech affect our bodies and minds? While technology can be a true blessing, it can also be a challenge when it comes to our health.

Most electronic devices send and receive data transmissions as their primary source of telecommunication. This process helps to keep all of us connected via smart phones, internet access and television transmissions.

These transmissions create electromagnetic frequencies/fields (EMF) when they are produced. The body can absorb EMF and over time accumulate to a toxic level in the body. This can leave your body in a state of overexposure to EMF and can cause adverse reactions and effects. Let’s examine how EMF can impact our bodies and what we can do to to deal with this problem.

Effects of EMF on the Human Body:

The body can be impacted in different ways by EMF. If you are spending an extended period of time on your smartphone, or laptop, or spend much time in an EMF saturated environment you may start to feel some of the following symptoms: headaches, aches and pains, cramps, irritability, like you are sick from something, fatigue or depression like symptoms. These may seem like symptoms that you may suffer from, have suffered from or something unfamiliar. If you are experiencing them over an extended period of time after having regular exposure to using electronic devices, or environments saturated with EMF then possibly EMF toxicity building up to a toxic level in your body is causing symptoms.

While there is still speculation about EMF and how it affects the body due to a lack of in-depth research, there is a great deal of clinical based evidence to back up the existence of this condition.

A Few Tips on Helping Combat EMF:

Here at Innovative Pain Release Center I can asses for toxic EMF and then use a specific therapy to enable the body to dissipate it. Experiencing how you feel after EMF has been dissipated can help you to recognize EMF toxicity it it builds up to a toxic level again. There are also homeopathic professionals who can assess for it and give homeopathic remedies to help dissipate it. While in-clinic therapy for EMF is recommended, there are a few things that you can do to reduce the build-up of toxicity in your body on your own. Here are just a few thoughts to consider:

-when using a laptop on your lap, consider placing a pillow between you and the computer as a barrier

-consider purchasing a barrier tray with additional fans for a laptop that you can use to reduce heat emission from the machine

-drinking hemp milk can help with toxic release

-wearing clothes made of hemp can help reduce EMF absorption

-wearing shoes with natural soles like leather or plant fiber. This helps ground EMF out of the body when walking outside on natural ground however you still get benefit when soles are synthetic material.

-taking a walk on natural ground and getting outside regularly.

-standing barefoot outside and leaning against a tree helps to drain EMF and other toxins and stress out of the body and help restore a sense of balance and well being.

-You can attach small EMF blocking objects to your phone and computers that help shield you from EMF and you can wear pendants around your neck that give a general shielding to EMF. You can find where to purchase these on google.

In summary, all of these actions help to keep EMF exposure at a level that doesn’t contribute to feeling poorly.

How I Discovered EMF Treatment through Integrative Manual Therapy: About 14 years ago, my wife and I were on our way to Washington, D.C. for me to receive integrative manual therapy (IMT) training and she had not been feeling well for some time in a way that was not diagnosable.  She had been experiencing daily  headaches and soreness within her body.

At the training, I was scheduled to receive a new form of IMT for dissipating EMF as part of my training.   As we got closer to our destination, I had a feeling that some of the symptoms she was experiencing may be related to EMF as she had been using electronic devices daily. I decided to let her take my therapy session slot. Her positive response to the treatment blew both of us away. The IMT assessment confirmed she was toxic with EMF.  She felt so much better afterwards, a few hours later. After that I decided to learn as much as I could about this newer form of therapy. As a trained IMT therapist, I am trained through palpation with my hands to recognize problems such as deep seated stress, poor biomechanics, a wide range of possible reasons for pain, an array of good health blocking toxins and sensitivities, including EMF toxicity.

IMT and EMF Therapy in My Practice Today: Today I am effective at  draining EMF from the body. Based on my own clinical experiences, I feel that my clients are experiencing EMF toxicity more than ever before due to so much exposure to EMF. One session is usually enough to take care of EMF toxicity. Anybody can experience toxic EMF level symptoms. Some are much more susceptible to being effected by EMF than others. It seems some have a sensitivity to it. EMF can contribute to depression, chronic pain, soreness and an overall feeling of tiredness or lethargy. The best way to determine if you are suffering from EMF toxicity, is to come into my practice for an assessment of symptoms that are plaguing you or seek out a homeopathic professional who works with helping EMF release. Their remedies can also help protect you from EMF.  I can assess how your body is being impacted and give therapy to help. Symptoms related to EMF are easy to clear with IMT therapy. Therapy here is used to release pain, and discomfort, stress, facilitate general detoxing, strengthen the immune system, and can assist with pain management. All therapy here is done to the fully clothed body, is not painful and is 99% off the time very relaxing.

Be well and stay aware of what your body is saying to you….how your body is feeling in different environments.
