Chronic & undiagnosed pain

Chronic & undiagnosed pain

Our office deals with both chronic and undiagnosed pain using 4 types of manual therapies:

-cranial sacral therapy

-myofascial release

-integrative manual therapy

-strain counter strain therapy

Each of these therapies is utilized in each therapy session for chronic and undiagnosable pain. They work synergistically.

Cranial sacral therapy and integrative manual therapy offer techniques for releasing deep seated stress being stored in the body from emotional hardships and trauma. Releasing these types of stress are often key to helping chronic and undiagnosable pain.

All of these therapies are hands-on, not painful, relaxing, and given while fully clothed. My clients usually feel better after just their first therapy session. With a combination of methods and techniques, this is a holistic and integrative process.

The combination of using these 4 therapies addresses structural and physiological components of pain such as a sacrum being restricted and chronic high levels of stress stemming from problems with the adrenals and vagus nerve. I can help joint pain and dysfunction stemming from sustained tensions pulling on the joints and from joints being out of balance.
